Which SIP trunk provider do you use? Comment if your provider isn't in the list.

Make sure the carrier isn't overriding it. Also, check under Phone System->Outside Lines->Modify SIP proxy. See if "Use Caller ID Number from external sources" is checked.

Yea, when I called Windstream yesterday to open a ticket they announced the DOS attack against systems. That's why we keeps ours setup internally only without internet access.
