Can you provide a screenshot? Interact Professional is not the softphone. Those are distinct licenses. The softphone is an optional component of Interact Professional that requires a softphone license.
IIRC, the servers do include 1 license out of the box.

Re: "Keep copy on server" not working
Is the system storage full? Do you see any relevant events in the system log?

Re: call not allowed
You must update that server. It's pointless to ask for support of such an old version at this point. Current version is v9.1 and the 6x12 is only supported up to v8.5. Note that you can update to v8.4 without a license if you have the files to do so.

Re: iPhone 8 cannot use Reach License
From the Reach Release notes: Allworx Reach 5.* is the recommended app for all users with Allworx System Software 8.3 or higher and Apple devices running iOS 12 or higher. To receive calls when the Reach app is running in the background, the Reach 5.* app requires access to an Allworx server running...

I do wish we could attach images to the discussion. I think we can attach files via private message. If I remember tomorrow and have time, I will try to get screenshots of this.

Re: Interact
I do have the softphone. I have clicked everywhere to try to see the Schedule button. I have also googled but I'm unable to find anything. It's odd that you can see page groups and park orbits. Like I said, Interact does not support PFKs (programmable function keys). If you do not have a desk phone...

Re: Interact
Interact does not support PFKs...yet so they say. I know, why have the ability to program them? This feature has been requested several times.
I'm curious, are you using the Interact softphone? That is where it makes the most sense to have PFKs.

Re: Alworx server active/registered and warrantee statu
Are you talking about Connect series servers? I believe registered means they would appear in the Allworx partner portal and activated means the server has sync'd with said portal allowing full use of the Feature Keys. As far as warranty goes, you can to to Maintenance>Feature Keys to see the expira...

Re: Remote site call routing
Yes, you did understand correctly. Unfortunately, Spectrum is not available at the remote site. There is only one provider at the remote location. From my understanding, when the system was installed, a server should have been installed at the remote location to handle the incoming and outgoing cal...

Re: Remote site call routing
IF and that's a big "IF" I understand this correctly, inbound calls to the remote site (phone company A) are forwarded to a number (DID) on the Spectrum service? Outbound calls are through Spectrum. IF that is the case, Spectrum, and most dial tone providers now because of STIR/SHAKEN FCC ...
