Thanks for your reply! Do you have the Auto Attendant set to repeat the greeting after the time-out period? If so, it will do this only ONCE. If the caller does not dial anything, then the system hangs up with "goodbye". It repeats the message twice and then 'goodbye'. I wish the number of...
