What’s the extension to hear music on hold via the handset? I can’t remember and I want to check my music on hold periodically.

I think it is in the 3xx-4xx range.

There isn't one, just call from one extension to another and place on hold to listen. If you use the built-in recordings you really don't need to check it, it's there.

You can always just call your cell with your deskphone and then put it on hold.
