Yealink DECT W60B Registration issues

We are having an issue with a Yealink DECT W60B when it goes to try to register on the Allworx 530 server. Both devices are on the latest firmware and updates, but when we go to register it it keeps failing. Any thoughts? We were using the default 5060 TCP ports (and tried UDP) same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Got it to register, however its got a weird issue where I can't dial 800 numbers nor hear a dial tone. Thoughts?
