Cannot reach auto attendant

The 6x12 phone system was working, but no longer.
The system is programmed at 192.168.2.240:8080, the admin login page cannot be reached. but can ping it.
The admin console can only be access at safe mode 192.168.2.254
When dial main #, external light lights up, but will not go to auto attendent
