Missing (and greyed) users while creating Message Alias

Hi,

I am trying to configure Voicemail to e-mail for my users and have it working for some users. I am, however, unable to create an alias for all users because some of them are either:
- greyed out in the list, or
- not appearing in the list at all

I have done a side-by-side comparison for a user that works (me) and a user that is missing and I see no differences.

Any pointers? What am I missing?

We are currently using AllWorx Connect 731, version 8.5.3.9
