Re: Allworx Phone configuration help please!
Couldn't you just assign a different internal caller id number to the handset.

Re: No Caller ID on 9212L
@wshrader
Sorry for the late response, I didn't realize anyone responded.
Current system version is "7.5.19.1", and shows "No newer update available on the web"
The 9212L is assigned to "Preference Group #1", same as all others.

6x Stopped Working
Hi all. I have a 6x that stopped working a couple days ago, the system can only be reached when booted in SafeMode, I tried formatting the flash card (even with a new card) and restoring from the most recent backup which was successful, but the system still won't boot up in normal mode. Any ideas? T...

CO Line NOT Being Released
Good Day,
I'm having a issue with 2 CO Lines connected via a 6x Expander not being released when the call is terminated.
Any ideas?
Current Configuration:
536 Server with 6 CO Lines
6x Expander with 2 CO Lines
10 9312 Verge handsets
Thanks

Verge 9312
Hi,
Has anyone installed any of the new Verge handset's?
I'm having issues getting them setup on my network.
I tried DHCP, Static, but the phone displays no Ethernet Link.
Thanks

Re: Remote Admin
Isn't that by default, I don't see any way to change it, see below.
"NOTE
In LAN Host mode the WAN interface remains enabled. The WAN Network (WAN IP Address with Subnet Mask applied) must be set to a value that does not conflict with the rest of your network."

In my setup I have the Allworx behind a Cisco Router,
I port forwarded port 8080 to the Allworx IP but I cannot
access the Allworx from outside the LAN, any ideas.
Thanks.
