RESOLVED!! SIP ALG services were not disabled on the client's firewall as originally thought. As soon as this was corrected, the phone registered.

I have been banging my head against a wall the last 3 days trying to get a single remote IP phone to work. The 48x is in LAN Host mode, behind a Fortinet Fortigate firewall on the company's LAN, with an internal static assigned and all necessary ports forwarded to the allworx server. The phone loads...
