seems it's very common for just about all phone systems to allow the caller to hit pound after leaving a message and append or rerecord or make messgae urgent. Also common on other systems are able to allow caller to hit zero during recording to get to an operator. But nothing on Allworx. :( Hoping ...

Hello, When an incoming caller leaves a message on our allworx 6x system the caller does not have the ability to : 1-Zero out after they hear the beep to record 2-re-record the message they left, delete, or append it. No 9 for outgoing calls
We are new to the Allworx system and would liek to know if trhere is a way to configure the 6x servers to avoid having to dial 9. There is much blogging that it is possible, but no specifics. Please help. THank You.
