vtBalleng surprised to hear you think so badly about the Allworx handsets, I don't run into speakerphone issue but have had my share of bad handsets, Mostly the volume in them gets low so if its at a 8 sounds like its set on a -6 and sounds flat. Just to be clear you can not dial the 1800 number so when you try to call yourself it doesnt go threw, what happens if you call from a cell ? I will check some of my PRI installs in morning see if I find any usefull info

I have never tried any other handsets but allworxs on my systems I dont think BLF's will work,. Just wondering what the price difference is ? It may not be worth the trouble I think you are going to run into. If you get it working let us no goodluck

Just thinking if you had a 3cx or xlite on the phone as a soft phone that could work not sure if its supported with apple ? I will test with my system using my galaxy 3 and 6x at office let you no my findings.

Are you using SIP trunks and second can you take a SIP capture with the built in tool and see whats going on with the call. See whos giving the goodbye ?
