On 7.5 you can at least view the release notes when an update is available. A little progress.
Stupid thing is once you are up-to-date there is no way to access the release notes again. (so make sure you save them if you ever want to review later)

Re: Allworx Reach
Andy - haven't had that problem myself. Sounds like the RTP streams which use UDP 15000-15511 might be getting screwed up? What happens if you connect to WiFi at the office on the same network as the 6x with it's internal IP address configured in Reach? If there are no problems with that then it is ...

Re: block 11 codes (* star equivialant)
Isn't the problem only when 1185 is dialed? So only area code 185 would need to be entered with that exception.
There should already be the catch all "all others" setup that handles everything else.

Re: HELP! Stuck on "Loading Config Files"
When it is booting you should be able to press whatever button is flashing to get to the Config menu. Can do a factory reset from there.
I've had sporadic problems in the past where I had to factory reset a phone out of the box before it would register properly. Sounds similar.

Re: VOIP and WIFI
You can get an AC Adapter for the phone if PoE isn't available. Or a PoE inserter, but I would think the Allworx AC Adapter would be cheaper. Yes, a wireless bridge setup would work. Do you have an existing wireless network in place? I have used the Asus WL-330N device as a wireless adapter to hook ...

Re: Remote User - Change Router - Handset issue
7.5.6.5 addresses some issue with Remote Phones and MTU size... might be worth upgrading to see if that resolves it.
I think port 2088 UDP is used for the BLF function. Perhaps forwarding that port to the remote phone on the home router would help?

Re: block 11 codes (* star equivialant)
It would be sending the call out to area code 185 by the looks of it. Could you add that area code to the Dial Plan and setup a Service Group with no providers in it? I'm running 7.5 - not sure if the settings are different in that area in 7.3... Yes, by default in 7.4 those calls would go out to 911.

Re: VoIP Faxing
I haven't seen anything about T.38 in the Allworx. You could try to configure without it and see what happens... might not be reliable though. I have successfully used a Grandstream HT701 SIP ATA for faxing purposes. Supports T.38. If you try that, you may need to change this setting to Yes: Loop Cu...
