I have a 9212 phone. When the speaker is on, the other party can hear a hum. However, this does not occur when using the handset. I have tried rebooting and updating the software on the phone. When I take the phone to a different location, it works fine. Any suggestions??? Thanks.
Shane

Polycom 6000 IP Soundstation and Allworx 6X
