Corrupted software load. Updated to nex version and everything came back.

Dial plan page not showing all options
I have an Allworx 6x Software Version: 7.4.19.2, Apr 9 2014, 09:13:42 We moved and don't have SIP at our new location. So we have POTS lines now. I want the users to be able to dial "9" to get an outside line, but when I go to the Dial Plan page it only shows "Internal Extension Lengt...

One-way audio - Audio heard on another phone
I get one-way audio a lot on my desk phone (9212). We have begun to notice, that when I get one-way audio (can't hear the caller, but they hear me), then guy in the office next to me hears the audio from MY CALLER. Anyone had this problem.
