life expectancy and upgrading??
I'm curious what life expectancy we should expect out of our system? I believe the phone server itself is the Allworx 6x and we're running software version 7.5.19.1 from 2014. I still have contact with one of the people that installed our system, but he's changed jobs as the other company sort of fo...

Re: access without Http
Well, Finally figured out how to get in using the LAN:8080. Before I was just trying the LAN and the WAN:8080. In any case the system has been stable since doing this and I seem to have eliminated all the hits on the WAN. ***well just checked the reports and I guess it didn't. I have a bunch of atte...

access without Http
We kept getting hack attempts that appeared to be bogging the system down. Long story short I think the http port option might have gotten turned off as I can't login with the remote IP or the internal. I can view the local IP that I believe the phones point to, but that doesn't give me the options ...

Our phone server is under attack....
To start over the last week or so our system would bog down and I'd reboot and all was well for a few days. As of yesterday I had to reboot for the 3rd time in about 1-2 weeks, it didn't help so we called our ISP and they did something on their end that brought us back up, but it got me wondering, s...

Re: Backups
I looked in the feature keys and our upgrade license is active until Sep 13 2018. Does that mean I should be able to update the software? As for the backup, I'll see if I can find it, maybe I have or can get a copy of it. I saw where it said something about Office Safe, but didn't know what that ref...

Backups
The company that used to offer our tech support is no longer in business, one of the individuals I do still work with, but I don't think he's was the expert on these systems, so I'm trying to do a few things on my own. First regarding backups. I went in and tried to backup, but it looks like it's lo...

Allworx Mobile Link
We just got the Allworx system installed about a month ago so I am still learning it a bit. I'm on the Android platform with a Galaxy S4 running OS 4.3, so while I'm waiting on the Reach Client, I'm trying to figure out the Mobile Link. The problem I'm having is it seems to connect to everything exc...

Re: Allworx Reach for Android
I agree this would be great to have considering I was under the impression it was available for android when we bought the system a month ago. I'd even settle for a beta version at this point!
