Jose,
There is no way to disable paging on a single or group of handsets at this time.

Re: No inbound our outbound voice on outbound calls
JR: It sounds like your RTP traffic isn't making it back out of the network gateway and/or pbx. Make sure you're gateway/router is not using any SIP ALG or other types of "mangling" facility. If so, turn this off for a test. If you're in LAN HOST mode behind a firewall and you're routing f...

Re: Allow user to create reports
Hi JBG: Allworx really doesn't have much of a call detail reporting mechanism... If you're running on firmware 7.4 or below, you'll have to grant the user full admin rights to the system in order to access the call detail reporting data. if you're running version 7.5 or later, you can assign layered...

Re: User Limits
JDCJ has it... one quick addition: The 6X, 24X, 48X systems can support the same number of additional extensions that the box is licensed for. E.g. if you have 30 licenses on the 6x, you can add up to an additional 30 extensions without voicemail/presence. Great for conference room phones, courtesy ...

Re: Phone Administration Password
When the phones boot off of the pbx, they will adopt the Allworx phone admin password located under SERVERS->VOIP in the PBX admin console. Try this: 1. Reboot the phone. 2. As soon as you see the "Configuring Network" on the display, press the RELEASE key 3X. 3. In firmware 7.1.x.x and la...

Re: Outbound Auto Attendant issues
Hey Mike... When you say "...dial out into an Auto Attendant..." do you mean make a call from the Allworx system and the call goes into another PBX's auto attendant? A couple questions: 1. What WAN mode is the PBX in? LAN/Host, NAT FW / wDMZ/ wStealth DMZ? 2. System CODECs used? 3. Firmwar...

Re: Analog Lines and DTMF
Hey Voodoo: Depending upon the version of firmware you have, the most configuration Allworx provides will be to the DTMF settings (gap and duration). You may also want to experiment with the "Enable Echo Cancellation" and "Optimize for short loops." With regards to the optimizing...

Re: Adding Algo Speakers to the paging zones
HI Tim.
Only physical Allworx handsets will appear in paging zones.
For 3rd party paging devices like Algo, 2N, SNOM, you'll have to use multicast paging (if the 3rd party gear supports it) or assign an extension to point to the paging device via a SIP account.
I hope this helps.

Re: All PFKs Blinking
JRA: The PFK/BLF lamps are updated via port 2088 multicast. Is there anything different with the switch port that phone is plugged into? Does the phone do it if you plug it into another switch port with a known working phone? If you've checked all of that, have you tried to factory default the phone...

Re: Handset ring Auto Attendant
HI CB:
I seem to recall this being something that was resolved in later versions of firmware, but I'm going to have to test this in the lab to refresh my memory.
What version of firmware are you running?
Are your line appearances sourced from SIP or analog trunks?
