Intercom Volume
It'd be nice if we could adjust the intercom volume while we're on a call or pre-set the intercom volume to be lower when we're on a call. When we're on a call and someone pages over the intercom, we have to stop the conversation and wait for the page to finish because it's so loud!

Unlisted in Call Assistant
I'd like to be able to choose whether to list an extension in Call Assistant. Some extensions we have are used just for auto attendants and no one should need to call them. It just clutters up the Switchboard.
