If you use/like Call Assistant, don't upgrade. You can no longer use Call Assistant with 8.0.6.2. Interact, from my experience, is a very poor substitute - it is also very finicky getting it to even come up properly.

Well.... looks like a multicast issue. Not sure why Allworx decided to use a separate delivery method for the paging system. Guess I need to dust off the old CCNA books and change some router configs to allow that traffic to my branch locations

You can add and extension that will dial a cell phone number, but the system will not allow you to forward calls to it. Pretty sure this is built in to the system so that you cannot do what you are asking without purchasing the additional licensing for the cell phone app add-on. The app does allow y...

Paging across WAN
Does anybody have this set up successfully? Did I need to add routes for the broadcast ip range on the routers?
