This issue was related to email quota exceeding 25k emails. I found the message in our system event log. Our admin account had 38k emails. I clicked on reports>users and there is a delete messages option. Now I have to see why it's receiving emails.

Phones are not indicating new message arrived
I am having a strange issue. My phones are all of sudden not indicating that a new voicemail message has been received. It will show missed calls and I can see and listen to the voicemails when accessing the voicemail center, but it just won't indicate there is a new message like it has in the past....

Good question. I have used Allworx for 6 years now with many upgrades and have wondered why this hasn't changed. The only way that I know of is to recreate the username altogether. This means the user will lose any data saved like voicemails, emails, etc.

We actually figured out that our primary ISP has disaster redirect for our SIP phone lines. If the system goes down they can forward the numbers to the number setup on our second ISP.

I am researching the different options for redundancy for our phone lines, but also the pbx itself. Can anyone describe their current setup regarding failover? Great points!! Some indication in the ring is a great idea or an on screen indicator. You can use call assistant or interact to see who is and isn't on the phone, but generally not everyone will have access to that software.

Allworx has released a pretty nice software named Allworx view. It captures the logs from your pbx and has built in reporting tools!!

Late response but figured I would post my findings! For us this meant all of the interact licenses were in use. Click on Maintenance>Feature Keys. Look at Allworx Interact Professional to see what your available vs. used count reflects. If they match, then you need to click on Allworx Interact Profe...

Is this specifically for remote phones and remote features? Or are you passing SIP/Phone traffic through it as well?

Handset profiles are just a way to save templates for preconfiguration. I don't see how that would create any redundancy. What specifically are you referring to? Or what type of redundancy are you trying to accomplish?
