Enter the extension and Description then for the login ID enter 1111 and of course i...

Re: Aastra Configuration

Remove both proxy server settings. The only settings that should be needed under the SIP section on the phone are the registrar ip (your allworx ip) and port 5060 plus the authentication ID (Login ID on allworx and password) in the top section. I have to mess with one of these brand of phones later ...

Re: Allworx 6X DNS Not Working

Make sure you fill in real DNS servers for it to use instead of trying to do its own. I use google at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Re: Auto Attendant drops calls when user presses key

This is a long shot. I once had a user who when they recorded their auto-attendants her voice had the right overtones that triggered the auto-attendant as if a key had been pressed. The solution was to have someone else record the auto-attendant then no more problems. Sounds goofy. but it really did...

Re: Allworx 48x, after two calls won't pass any more calls

If you have a back up of the system with a previous release of software you can restore that.

If you are an ISP that offers trunking you may be able to reach out to allworx for a temp update key.
