Need to set the SIP Proxy properly to use the handset caller id number/name. Then program the number/name on the handset. There could also be a limitation with the SIP provider.

Problem is most likely due to the phone having a newer version of software than the server. Phone will need to be downgraded to 0.0.0.1, then upgraded to the software that is in the server. This procedure will need to be done with Allworx support, unless you have the details.
