SIP line. I think we got the issue resolved by setting Allworx to only use u711 codec. I think the codec was changing while on the call.

We have an Allworx 6x running the latest software (8.4.4.7). The 92xx phones are also running the latest firmware. We're having an issue with calls being put on hold and when the user goes to retrieve the call, there is just dead air. Neither user can hear anything and the call gets dropped. This al...
