Re: Voicemail not being delivered to email

enable the debug under logs and look for SMTP errors. Chances are your provider is blocking the traffic, it's common. Look for 5xx errors and then google that error.

Allworx sold to an investment group

I called in for support last week and was told there were some positive changes coming soon.
After some googling it looks like Windstream is finally selling them off.

Has anyone else herd the same? or have further information?

Re: To Upgrade or Not

Run a backup on the server. This will create an image containing your configuration and the
old software version.

Run the new software updated, if it works great! If it fails you can always restore your old backup.

Based on the parent links it sounds like lots of mismanagement https://www.thelayoff.com/windstream I have always had good support and having techs and engineers get back to the same day. Everyone has always been helpful on the phone and if it wasn't their issue they can point me into the direction ...

End of Allworx Support ?

I know the parent company has struggled since filing for bankruptcy last year.
I read this on a Windstream message board today. Has anyone else heard the same from their sales teams or others?

I am reaching out to my channel manager ASAP!
