You can also just clone the CF card to a new one and upgrade the new one. That's my plan to catch up on updates. And I still have OfficeSafe backups too - never hurts.

Some other things to try as well: disable your ad blockers. Start a new window in incognito or private mode and then connect to the Allworx admin interface.

Hello Wshrader, you got the idea completely, by any chance could you guide me in how to program the phone to do that? Check in Phone System -> Extensions, click on, say, the receptionists extension then View Call Routes. On Calls from all callers - edit it and then it should become clear. The Allwo...

Ha - I just had this happen, and about the same time you did (since this is now September and you posted in April). It turns out it was the 12 volt DC power supply. Luckily I have a bin full of wall warts - I found a larger one that had a compatible barrel connector and my system powered right back ...
