#1 - If you don't have any spare power supplies for the 6x (they are different than the phones), buy a couple! #2 - Buy a CF card, preferably 1 or 2GB #3 - Ensure that Office Safe is working and backing up the server often. Make backups of these backups The 6x is OLD, even though you got it in 2014....

Thanks for the info, Chris! I don't have any to test with, but my customers' experiences weren't good with a nighthawk. I'll make sure to look for Secure NAT next time I run across one.

This could also be an ISP issue, assuming you are using SIP for your voice.
