Thanks. Unfortunately, the door phone done not include a dialer nor can it be configured to connect to an FXS port. Another issue that I cannot figure out is how to have Reach show that the call is coming from the door phone since the door phone has no caller ID. It just shows as "Unknown"...

Thanks so much. After much Googling I finally found the solution. It appears that my Cisco router fiddles with SIP packets by default and if you don't want it to you have to tell it not to. Interestingly, the older Allworx software does not care if the SIP packets are modified but the newer Allworx ...
