We need the 9224 and 9212 upgraded with the same chip set as the 9204 that would be great

It had less-aggressive echo cancelling. But is it really that much of a difference?

I think the spk is way more base sounding myself and do hear a difference when on the handset myself ,,, you dont find the spk much better on the 9204,,,, my only problem with the system and phones is dealing with echo seems ever install its an issue do you find the same problem
