Is there a way to reset the voicemail password?
Is there a way to reset the voicemail password?
One of my users changed her password for the voicemail and now doesn't know what it is. Is there a way to reset it back to the 1111#? I wasn't seeing anything on the phone or in the server, But I may just be being blind.

Go into Business -> Users. Find the user in the list, and click Modify. On the page that comes up, PIN is their voicemail password. Put in a new one, & check "Require PIN Change" so the user has to change it at next login.
