1kb Recording

We are getting 1kb recordings from the Allworx application.
The 1kb files have this snippet from them and that is all the .wav file contains:
We have confirmed that the recordings correspond to calls that have been both inbound and outbound, and many minutes in length, but the recording file only shows 1kb in size with the code header listed above.
How do we resolve this?
