Extensions are not able to transfer answered call to our auto attendant. Can someone tell me what I need to change to make this happen?

This just seem to magically happen the same day when our SIP lines were ported from one vendor to another. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Just to rule out the SIP trunk, have you verified with the new vendor each and every setting under SIP Proxy with them?
