Extension to auto attendant not transferring

Extensions are not able to transfer answered call to our auto attendant. Can someone tell me what I need to change to make this happen?
Using Allworx 6x
8.4.5.4
This just seem to magically happen the same day when our SIP lines were ported from one vendor to another. I am not sure if that has anything to do with it.
