Can't Reinstall Interact

Interact dialing option vanished from Outlook. Restarted computer. Didn't resolve. Tried to update/reinstall Interact, but when I try to uninstall or reinstall it gives me errors. First, it says "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternative path to a folder containing the installation package 'Interact_Install_EndUser(1).msi" in the below box.
When I try again (either buy moving it to a drive that's not redirected or by just trying again in the redirected folder), it says "The file 'C:\Users\USERNAME\DOMAIN\Dowloads\Interact_Install_EndUser(1).msi' is not a valid installation package for the product Interact. Try to find the installation package 'Interact_Install_Enduser(1).msi' in a folder from Which you can install Interact."
If the file is copies to C:\Temp\, I get the same error, just the name it says "The file 'C:\Temp\Interact_Install_EndUser(1).msi' is not a valid installation package for the product Interact. Try to find the installation package 'Interact_Install_Enduser(1).msi' in a folder from Which you can install Interact."
I tried to force an uninstall, and now it's no longer listed as installed in Windows (Win 10), but problem still continues.
Thanks for any assistance.
