Mobile Link just stopped working

Our MobileLink has worked just fine, but now I get a "connecting" status for the SMTP server. Everything else shows as Connected. Any ideas?
I have multiple users and all are having the same issue on their respective devices. Is it as simple as a reset> If so, how and in what menu?
