We want to be able to record calls going to our Support Dept for quality control. I know I could installed Call Assistant, but we have our reasons for not wanting to do that.
Has anyone tried to figure out what the "Start/Stop Record" button in the Call Assistant actually does or how I can make my own hook into that button? We've developed an app that pulls our client info from Exchange Server, and we can call them with the Allworx, but we haven't been able to figure out how to record the calls. Ideas anyone? TIA, Dan

No, I haven't. I guess I can look into Sip Print...our old phone system already could do this.
