B Channel set in reverse?

B Channel set in reverse?

Hello everyone,

We have an allworx 48x System and there is One 800 number that we cannot dial. We talked to our T1 Phone provider and they said that our "B Channel" is set to reverse and we need to set it to foward. I do not see anything in the Allworx configuration that would allow to change such a setting.

Any info would help.

Just to be clear you can not dial the 1800 number so when you try to call yourself it doesnt go threw, what happens if you call from a cell ? I will check some of my PRI installs in morning see if I find any usefull info
