Hi everyone,
Our office has Allworx 9204 phones, but we no longer have a contract with the vendor, therefore I wanted to ask if anyone could help get mine working again.
The phone stopped booting correctly and I did a Factory Reset. I am not sure what to do from here. I have read the other posts about the Admin Password, but I don't know the next step to get the phone hooked up to the network again.
Please help! Thank you so much in advance!

Phone NOT Loading Config Files!
Re: Phone NOT Loading Config Files!
If anybody has any advice, that would be great! I have no idea how to go about this. :/
Re: Phone NOT Loading Config Files!
Well Chris...unfortunatly that's the reason your vendor offers maintenance !!! You might want to contact him about that. Your set may have lost connectivity with your network and thus it won't load the config files..check your cables.
If not restart your set...if it stops at loading config files...press release 3 times, config Now go to network config and when it ask's for admin pw enter allworx...( if that doesn't work it has been changed and time to call your vendor )it probably is looking for your "boot server ip" if you don't know that....Time to call your vendor !!!!
That's about as far as I can take you Chris...good luck and remember your vendor spent a lot of time and money to learn to service your system..thats the reason he charges for these services....
