We installed a 6X with SIP and when ever we dial out into a Auto Attendant they can not hear us on the other side. Please let me know if anyone else has had this issue and what you did to resolve it
thanks

Outbound Auto Attendant issues
Re: Outbound Auto Attendant issues
Hey Mike...
When you say "...dial out into an Auto Attendant..." do you mean make a call from the Allworx system and the call goes into another PBX's auto attendant?
A couple questions:
1. What WAN mode is the PBX in? LAN/Host, NAT FW / wDMZ/ wStealth DMZ?
2. System CODECs used?
3. Firmware version?
Some SIP providers have issues with their services if you try to call your own system. This is usually an issue with "hair pinning" at the carrier's gateway router level. Could be a related issue if you're running in LAN/Host mode behind your own firewall.
