Currently running an Allworx 48X and handsets on it's their own class C subnet. The 48X is in NAT/Firewall with DMZ mode and has it's own public IP. Let's call this subnet: 10.10.200.x
Our PC LAN is on it's own subnet, with it's own public IP using a SonicWall. Let's call this subnet: 10.0.0.x
We want to start using Interact and some of the other server web based features, so need to add a route between the two subnets. Added a static IP to an unused interface on the SonicWall, as: 10.10.200.240, 255.255.255.0, 0.0.0.0
I have added a static route in the 48X as:
Destination: 10.0.0.0, Netmask: 255.255.255.0, Gateway: 10.10.200.240
This is not working. The 48X does not appear to be passing traffic to the 10.0.0.x subnet. PC's with Interact installed cannot connect to the phones or to the server using it's LAN IP.
Anyone have any experience with a similar setup or have any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

That setup is correct. I believe what you need to check is your sonicwall access rules. Make sure that it is allowing either any or at least the proper allworx ports between LAN>Allworx and Allworx>LAN. I also assume the unused interface is plugged into the allworx switch network? Do a ping test from the allworx to make sure you can ping 10.10.200.240.
