I am not a technician. I have had this allworx system for a little less than a year, and I have had problems with it several times. This morning my power went off for about 5 minutes. When it came back on my phones will not boot past "loading config files" I cannot access the manager page via the http://192.168.2.254:8080, and the CF light is blinking on the server. While looking for solutions I saw in an installation guide that the correct wall mounting is with the front panel facing to the side, but mine is facing down. Does anyone know what real world problems that could cause? Could it be causing stability issues in my system? I have rebooted every item from my modem to the individual phones. I have removed and reinserted the CF card. I was hoping to avoid another service call, and I want to make sure that things get taken care of properly if they come back out.
thanks in advance

Re: My Allworx 6x12
See if you can get it to safe mode. (power off, hold power button greater than 1 second)
If you can get it to safe mode, then you mount drives, then restart normal.
If still issues, the CF has corrupted. Try reformatting from safe mode then restoring from your backup.
You may need to replace the CF.
