iPhone intermittently does not ring
We have just installed a new Allworx phone system. Some of our users with iPhones have the problem that intermittently on an incoming call the call message pops up but the phone does not ring. So, if you were not looking at your phone you would not know that you had an incoming call. The next call might work fine. it occurs both while connected via 4G or connected to the local wifi network.
