I have an Allworx 6x
Software Version: 7.4.19.2, Apr 9 2014, 09:13:42
We moved and don't have SIP at our new location. So we have POTS lines now.
I want the users to be able to dial "9" to get an outside line, but when I go to the Dial Plan page it only shows "Internal Extension Length" as an option.
The "Internal Dial Plan" "External Dialing Rules" "Dialing Privileges Groups" or "Service Groups" links are there at the top of the page, but there is not data on the page, so I can't set up service groups or Ext Dialing Rules.
Any help would be appreciated.

Fixed:
Corrupted software load. Updated to nex version and everything came back.
