Hi All,
I have a system with 6 x 9112's, 5 x 9212's, I just added one 9212L, and for some reason it doesn't display the caller ID info on incoming calls, but displays the caller ID info on internal calls, any ideas?

What version? Updating to v8.2 is free without a Feature Key. Do that first.
What does the display show on an inbound external call?
Do you have the 9212L assigned to the same handset preference group as the rest?

Sorry for the late response, I didn't realize anyone responded.
Current system version is "7.5.19.1", and shows "No newer update available on the web"
The 9212L is assigned to "Preference Group #1", same as all others.

What version firmware is the phone? If it is newer than the server things like this could happen.

Have you tried defaulting the phone? What exactly do you see on the screen when receiving an external call? 2.5.10.7 is the matching phone firmware for v7.5.19.1 so that isn't the cause.

There is an option in the handset preference group to disable showing the Caller ID. I know you said this phone is in the same preference group as working phone but check this to make sure it is not set. With version 8.4 disabling this does so for both internal and external calls.
