Just recently tried to set up a soft phone using generic sip on the 536. I had a few struggles so posting here for my own future sanity and anyone else's.
Create the generic sip account.
Using MicroSip:
Sip Server: sip:UserID@Your-Allworx-public-ip
Username: UserID (eg 5xxx)
domain: Your-Allworx-public-ip
Login: Generic Sip LoginID
Password: Password

I believe that Microsip supports multiple SIP accounts. Is this correct? I haven't used microsip in awhile.
