Transfer to conference bridge drops call

I have Allworx 6x with a conference bridge (just upgraded to v8 firmware). I was initially told when I bought this thing we will be able to transfer people from our main line to the conference bridge and optionally enter the user id and pwd needed to connect for the caller. The idea being if callers call into our main line we can just elegantly transfer them to a conference call without asking them to hang up, call another number and enter a user name and password (which they usually have to clumsily write down because it is too much to remember).

Since upgrading to the v8 firmware this process does work better. What the new version allows me to do is transfer the caller to the bridge at the point where the bridge answers and requests the caller to enter the conference id and pwd. I was expecting to also enter the conference id and conference password for the caller and transfer them at the point where the call gets into the actual conference call. If I transfer the call at that point however, the call disconnects at transfer.

When the disconnect occurs, I get the following "debug" notices in the Allworx log files (not sure what/if this is meaningful)...

Does anyone use a process like this with their conference bridge? Thanks in advance for your input!
