We are about to install a new Cisco Secure Gateway on our network to replace an older Zywall firewall. Are there any ports that need to be configured to allow phone traffic through? I've browsed through our port forwarding but am not seeing any. I just want to confirm before we have to actually test.

I have the documents, I got them through my allworx partner.

You'd need 5060 TCP/UDP, your RTP range, I think the Allworx uses 2088 UDP for BLF, and 8081.
