Allworx 6x - Comcast Modem - Cant recieve inbound sip

have an allworx 6 x connected wan port connected directly to ethernet port on comcast Internet modem. Can make calls out on Sip trunks fine and inbound sip calls will come in and work for maybe 5 minutes if 6x is idle . after 5 minutes cannot recieve inbound calls. I have replaced Comcast Modem . have Disabled firewall on camcast modem. Service is Xfinity residential so I dont have a static IP using dynamic IP. Any ideas ?

Hello,

We are having the same problem and was wondering if you ever found a solution to the allworx SIP not staying active on the comcast network?

Please let me know, it would be very helpful for us..
