We recently updated our 6X to v8.1.2.7 from v7.x, and ever since my users have been complaining of an odd ring once in a while. It can best be described as a ring within a ring. We're a small office, and all phones have direct line access. After some careful observation, we believe this is only happening when the incoming call is from an area code starting with the number 9. Our home area code is 978, but that area code never causes the issue -- it only happens with otther area codes starting with the number 9 (912, 914, 915, 929, etc.).

Any idea what might be going on?
