Auto Attendant Drops call

Auto-Attendant answers call just fine. When caller dials a selection, the call is dropped. At end of message, the Auto-Attendant is set to transfer call to an extension, but call is dropped.
Only thing that has changed recently is the provider. Numbers ported over fine, now Auto Attendant is not forwarding calls like before.
