I've got a 9212 handset that seems to either be locked up or given up the ghost. When plugging it in, whether POE or just using the power cord for it, the Info button lights up green briefly, then eventually the Speaker button lights up solid red. No display on the LCD. Is there a button combination to force it into a factory boot or to get into it some other way? According to the Call Report, it was used was occasionally for two weeks after we last upgraded the system (48X) to 8.0.19.6.

Sounds like the unit got interrupted while burning the new software to the phone, AKA " you bricked it". You can send it to Allworx to get it re-flashed, otherwise you have a parts phone.
