Transfer Issue

Hey everyone,
First time posting. I'm sorry if this is a rookie question.
Our Front Desk has a Allworx 9224 and we're using an Allworx 48x running 7.5.
I recently added a second line to her phone via Call Appearance on a PFK and added some extensions for transferring calls to new employees by adding them as "BLF" in handset config. This seems to be the way it was done previously as well - yet after rearranging some extensions for logical layout, when she goes to transfer a call, the call doesn't ring for the office phone she is transferring to but rather initiates an intercom and auto-connects the call (it seems).
Station Mode is also set it's PBX Behavior to Yes.
Any thoughts as to why this may be happening? Thanks in advance for any help!
